Where to even begin with all the assistance Mark provided me when I was trying to sell a deceased family member’s house in another state? And I literally mean every issue: radon in the basement, water leaks, broken locks, furnishings that remain in the house, valuables that need to be sold. If he can’t take care of it himself, he’ll quickly find someone who can—and someone who will get the job done right and at the right price. And on the realty side, Mark will work with you to get you the best price possible. He was in constant touch with me, apprising me of developments and advising me on options. Not once did I wonder, “Gosh, I wonder if Mark will ever call me back.” With Mark, you get a one-stop shop, which is just what you need when you’re trying to manage a sale from afar. He was a true Godsend.

Mark, and his team, are awesome! He worked so well with us and was incredibly patient with all of our questions and concerns. As it turns out, we had quite a few questions! The crazy thing is that we originally thought we would sell By Owner. But, other things in our life required more attention than we anticipated, so we decided to delegate this responsibility. We sure are glad we did! Once we were deep into the sale process, we realized that selling our house was too complicated to have done without a professional like Mark by our side. Our house sold within a few weeks and we got what we wanted for it. It was definitely less stressful than if we had done this ourselves. We will be renting for a while, but our son (who was living in our house) needed to buy a place. Mark was the buyer's agent for our son to find his condo. He is now our family realtor.
